Whats your exchange/return policy?All abayas are custom made. Hence, we do not offer returns and exchanges. But if there is any fault in your abaya, contact us within 24 hours after delivery and we will be happy to help you!
How long does it take to receive an order?
Instock items are shipped the next day. Pre-orders take 3-5 weeks to deliver.
Do you offer customizations?
Yes, we do! Sizes, colours and fabrics can be customized. DM us on @zualabayas to place your custom orders.
